Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant for the Survey Department provides direct support to the Survey Department, with a focus on office-based coordination and project support functions. This role is responsible for preparing and processing project billing, gathering and distributing internal and client-facing reports, and managing expense reports for Project Managers and Surveyors. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in maintaining the operational flow of the department by ensuring timely, accurate, and organized support.
